RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of the original invoice date. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or exchanges; return shipping, duties, taxes, tariffs and handling fees are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Include the Returns & Exchanges Form on the back page of the receipt sent with your order or use the RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM.

To ensure expedited service, please include the original packing slip or return information. You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your return. Allow 7-10 days for the processing of your return.

Engraved items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel any LAGOS order as long as the order status is in process. If your order status is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Registered Customers: If your order has not shipped, please call 877-925-4305 and have your order number ready.

Non-Registered Customers: call 877-925-4305 to determine your order status. To cancel your order, please have your order number ready.
