How to order

If you are located outside the United States, you will be automatically directed to the international checkout screen when you visit your cart. Your country should be listed in the top left column of the checkout screen, but you may select a different country via the dropdown menu.

Check order status

Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may also view your order status by logging into My Account. Please note: it can take several minutes before you receive a confirmation email.

Exchange Rates

The checkout page for international orders shows a cost estimate for your country based on a recent exchange rate. This is only a cost estimate.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are paid upfront during checkout. No additional taxes or duties need to be collected when the package arrives.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods for international orders: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. Gift cards cannot be used as payment for international orders.

Shipping Options & Charges

All international orders are shipped through UPS. The international checkout screen has accurate cost information and delivery estimates on when your package should arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

For international orders, the customer must pay for return shipping to LAGOS. Your refund will be processed 7-10 days upon receipt of the product. For exchanges, your order will be processed as a return, and you will have to place a new order. You may return your order within 90 days of the original invoice date. Include the Returns & Exchanges Form on the back page of the receipt sent with your order or use the Returns & Exchanges Form.

Please note: Engraved or custom items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Promotions & Policies

International orders are not eligible for the following promotions:

  • Free shipping
  • Free returns
  • Special delivery

The following items are not eligible for international shipping:

  • Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept international orders greater than $25,000 (not including duties and taxes).
