Please allow 7-10 business days to complete the removal.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

CLICK HERE to order an electronic or mailed gift card. You may also call Customer Care at 877-925-4305  and a representative will be happy to assist you. Your gift card will arrive in a special gift package.

Sales tax is not applied to gift card purchases and will only apply to any merchandise items included in your order. The customer is responsible for any delivery to an incorrect or non-existent shipping address.

Gift cards may only be redeemed on LAGOS.com. They are not redeemable at any LAGOS retailers; such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, or Bloomingdale’s. LAGOS is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Credit Cards: The total amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled. A receipt is included with each order.

Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved.

Sales Tax
