Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your unworn jewelry within 90 days of the original invoice date.

If you are looking to make a return, start your return process here.

Please print the return slip and put it inside the box. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is received. Allow 7-10 days for the processing of your return.

Please note: Engraved or custom items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

If you are looking to make an exchange, complete the following steps:

1. Fill out the exchange form on the back of the packing slip found in your original order.

2. Include the packing slip in your package.

3. Pack your return securely.

4. Affix your prepaid shipping label found in your original order to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

5. Drop your package at a UPS location and allow 7-10 days for the processing of your return.
