Pearl Pendant Necklace

I bought a ring, bracelet & earrings several years ago… part of a collection. Bought the pcs at jewelry at several stores but loved each of them. They had small pearls embedded into the silver and gold and were so dainty and pretty.
I noticed the earring that was a small hoop with a clip back were missing some pearls. I knew I could never match them and the couple I had found were going to be hard to glue in myself.
I contacted customer care…. They got the information, sent a call tag and were so professional and amazing. The earrings were off to the repair dept. I received an email a few weeks later, with the cost to repair the earrings. I felt it was very fair and necessary.
This week I received the earrings back. They honestly look fantastic. Completely clean and bright with new pearls that all match. They look like a totally new pair of hoops. I am so amazed and excited by the ease of this transaction.
I have several other beautiful pcs that I will definitely remember how wonderful their customer care department handles their customers in case I needs them in the future!
