    Beautiful, but

    These are very pretty earrings. I got the amethyst and they are a very deep purple color. They're cut very nicely with a nice depth and sit on the ear so the stone can be seen. However, the photo on the website shows a thick layer of gold on the top row of the caviar beads that is very noticeable, but when I received them, I thought I had gotten the wrong earrings. On the ones I received, I could barely see the gold. I had to look at them very closely to see the thinnest layer of gold that you can barely see. I don't think it's fair to pay this kind of money to buy earrings with a gold accent when you can't even see the gold. If you're going to sell SS and 14K, we should be able to see it. The earrings are otherwise worthwhile and I will keep them even though I'm a bit disappointed .
