LAGOS Email Instructions

Need to access your email right now?

Access your email from any browser:

• URL: https://controlpanel.serverdata.net/Portal/ADUser/Login?owa=1   (bookmark this site for future use)

• UN/Email: when prompted, put in your LAGOS email address

• PW: use the password that was texted to you

 


 

 

How to set up email on your phone:

If you have an iPHONE – follow the directions based on which app you use for your email, also works for iPADS:

DIRECTIONS IF YOU USE THE APPLE MAIL APP:

• Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Delete the existing LAGOS mail account

• Then when setting up again as follows:

• Account Type: Exchange

• Server: west.exch092.serverdata.net    (Domain can be left blank)

• UN/Email: when prompted, put in your LAGOS email address

• PW: use the password that was texted to you

DIRECTIONS IF YOU USE THE OUTLOOK APP:

• Open the Outlook app > Click your letter/pic icon on the top left > the menu expands > click the gear icon on the bottom left > click your LAGOS account > click “Edit Login Information” > slide open “use advanced settings”

• Account Type: Exchange

• Server: west.exch092.serverdata.net    (Domain can be left blank)

• UN/Email: when prompted, put in your LAGOS email address

• PW: use the password that was texted to you

If you have an ANDROID:

• Open your mail app > Click settings/gear icon > Remove your old LAGOS email account > Add new account

• Account Type: Exchange

• UN/Email: when prompted, put in your LAGOS email address

• PW: use the password that was texted to you

 


 

LAPTOP/DESKTOP: this is pretty complex, so Ed and Michael will configure it for you.

• If we could connect to your computer(s) this weekend, your settings were already updated.

• If your computer was not updated this weekend because it was not reachable, let us know on Monday and we’ll work with you directly to get you set up.  You can use any browser to access your email (with the directions at the very top of this page) in the meantime.
