The confirmation of your order will be sent via email to the address provided at check-out. You may also view your order status by logging into My Account.

DELIVERY

UPS is our preferred carrier to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. For other arrangements or special handling, please contact customer service. Items typically ship in 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders received after 3PM EST are processed the next day.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping & handling charges are based on your order and include all charges for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed and will vary with specific requests.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

Whether it is your anniversary or last minute birthday present, we understand special circumstances. Call or email customer service to arrange for a special delivery. These options may incur additional charges. If your LAGOS purchase is a gift, you may ship directly to an alternate address at no additional charge. EXPRESS DELIVERY

If you can’t wait to receive your items, two express delivery options are available. UPS next day order should arrive next business day if ordered by 3PM EST. Please note: next day express orders placed Friday after 3PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following Monday and should arrive the next business day.

UPS 2 day should arrive two business days after shipping if ordered by 3PM EST. Please note: 2 day express orders placed Friday after 3PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following Monday and should arrive the second business day.

DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

LAGOS does not deliver internationally. We only deliver packages to the United States.

DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES).
