If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of the original invoice date using the postage-paid, pre-printed return label that comes with your order. Include the Returns & Exchanges Form on the back page of the receipt sent with your order or use the RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM.

To ensure expedited service, please include the original packing slip or return information. You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your return. Allow 2-3 weeks for the processing.

Items purchased at an authorized LAGOS retailer must be returned directly with the partner. Custom orders, whether personalized or sized, cannot be returned. Engraved items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Gift cards are not returnable. Original shipping and return shipping charges cannot be refunded.


You may cancel any LAGOS order as long as the order status is in process. If your order status is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
